will tell the story of leading Yodlee from 10 employees in 2000 to becoming one of the leading financial
services companies in the country today, bridging the brick-and-mortar
and online worlds to deliver richer, more personalized products
and services to banking customers everywhere.

Concept Competition

Monday, September 17, 2012 5:30-8:00
p.m.- E0530 Kick Off! In this
session, you will have a workshop on "Ideation Shaping and
Pitching" in which you will learn how to ideate and pitch your
business idea to investors. You will then meet fellow students
from around campus and brainstorm ideas that can be turned into a
business concept. This is also an opportunity to form teams. Once
you have picked a team and decided on an idea, you will then work
to develop your concept.
By 6 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, you
will submit a three-minute video which pitches your concept.
Thursday, Sept. 20 6:00-8:00 p.m.- Blau Auditorium
EVC Business Concept Competition
The five teams selected to present will be announced. Each team
will give a three-minute pitch and then a panel of professional
judges will conduct a three-minute question and answer session.
The winning team will receive $500 and automatic advancement to the
Venture Shaping round in Zell Lurie's Dare to Dream grant program.
The runner-up will receive a private coaching session with the
Venture Capitalists to further their idea.
